Minister announces significant funding for Inverness bus project

Transport Minister Keith Brown today (30 December 2013) announced £4.2 m worth of funding to be allocated to bus projects across Scotland over the next three years. The funding includes an allocation of £700,000 to HITRANS for the East Inverness Bus Corridor Project.View Article

Final Call for West Highlands & Islands Air Route Survey

HITRANS (Highlands and Islands Regional Transport Partnership) are providing those who live, travel or are interested in travelling to/from the Oban, Barra or Kintyre areas with a final opportunity to express their views on a number of air routes through an online survey.
