Scottish Transport Applications and Research (STAR) Conference, 8th annual conference – Wednesday, 16 May 2012, The Lighthouse, Glasgow
The 8th annual Scottish Transport Applications and Research (STAR) Conference will be held on Wednesday, 16 May 2012 at The Lighthouse, following on from the success of last year’s conference.
Its purpose is to ‘disseminate current transport research and practice that is relevant and applicable to the transport agenda within Scotland’ and it is aimed at all transport practitioners including planners, engineers and researchers from both the public and private sectors.
Abstracts for papers are welcomed from transport practitioners and academics from all backgrounds, including abstracts submitted jointly by, for example, clients/consultants.
HITRANS encourage anyone who has undertaken workj they feel fits with the programme to support the conference and consider submitting an abstract. Also, please encourage your colleagues, and other contacts in the public and private sectors, to submit abstracts/ support the conference by circulating this Call for Abstracts.
