Scotland's first autonomous bus launches at Inverness Campus

Our autonomous bus has now arrived in Inverness! The service is operated by Stagecoach and will run Monday-Saturday between 10am-4.20pm. The service is currently free to use, so what are you waiting for? Hop on board the first driverless bus in Scotland and be a part of history!
The route will take you between Inverness Campus and the Inverness Retail & Business Park, departing Eastfield Way at 10am and arriving at the Main Campus at 10.10am, before returning to Eastfield Way. The shuttle journey takes 10 minutes and there is a break between 12.20-1pm.

The pilot is part-funded by Interreg North Sea Region Planning for Autonomous Vehicles (PAV) project, running until March 2023. The pilot is a partnership between HITRANS, NAVYA, Stagecoach, Inverness Campus, UHI Inverness, and The Highland Council.
